Dr Roslyn Cameron is a Senior Lecturer in HRM at the School of Management and Marketing at Central Queensland University, Australia. Roslyn is one of the founding Board members of PLIRC and has authored two book chapters on RPL in Australia. She is currently researching the use of ePortfolios for RPL and PR. Ros has been involved in several CRC for Rail Innovation research projects in Australia under the Workforce Development theme (Skilled Migration, Attraction and Image, Skills Recognition and Coaching and Mentoring). She is currently funded to conduct research into the contributions of skilled migrants to the Gladstone region in Central Queensland, Australia and has another two funded research projects related to workforces in resource rich regions and skilled migration pathways for international university students.
